Payment
We
safely accept all major credit cards through PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use this service. When checking out please click on the PayPal button and you will be directed to the screen to enter your credit card information or proceed to paying through PayPal.
If paying by a check we must receive it within 10 business days. Once your check has cleared we will ship your order.
Shipping
We use USPS priority mail for all our packages. Shipping will be calculated by the weight and your location. If all items will fit into a flat rate box and you are charged more than that amount we will adjust your invoice.

Returns
We are committed to offer our customers the best bath and body products
available. If, for any reason within 10 days of purchase, you are unhappy with a
product from us, we will exchange the item or provide a refund (excluding
shipping & handling). We do want all our customers to be very happy with their purchase. Please contact us and let us know you are returning product and if you could let us know why you are not pleased. Email us at mrssterlings@netscape.net.
We do try to describe our products and the fragrance as best as we can but do realize it difficult to imagine a fragrance without actually smelling it. We suggest that you purchase our sampler set to sample the quality and fragrance. With each order we will include some samples for you to try. If there is a fragrance that you would like to try after you have placed your order send an email to
mrssterlings@netscape.net with your preference of fragrance and we will do our very best to include that with your order.
Sales Tax
We are required by law to collect sales tax on all orders placed with a Florida address.
Privacy Statement
The information we collect is necessary in order to process your order. We will not release any of your personal information for any reason outside of our company. We value your privacy.

Mrs. Sterling’s will not be held liable for any damages or any losses. Please understand that the products you are purchasing are to be used at your own risk.
Some people my have an allergy to certain fragrance oils or shea butter. If you do find that you are allergic to a product, please discontinue use immediately. Contact your health care professional if you are not sure if you may use a product safely. We are not responsible or liable for adverse reactions,
injuries, etc. that may occur from using any of our products.
